Regular Activities in Southern Shores:
Business Meetings:
Business meetings are where we get together to plan and manage the several events each year that we as a group have or sponsor. It is also where we get together to meet our friends, so come and meet us friend.
Business Meeting Location:
Our business meetings are on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, beginning
at 7:30 PM, hosted by Cynthia and Olin's in San Jose. For address and directions, please email the Seneschal or Chatelaine.
If you would like to request an item be added to the agenda of an upcoming Southern Shores meeting, please email the Seneschal.
South Bay Scribal and Art & Shop Project Night
First and third Mondays, 7:00-10:00pm, hosted by Fabian and Eliska in San Jose. For questions and/or directions, contact host and Seawolf Scribe:Eliska z Jihlava, scribe@mists.westkingdom.org.
Scribal Details: Open to people of all levels of scribal experience. If you do not have any supplies, loander items will be availalbe. If you are interested in the scroll making process or just want to learn to write your name, please stop on by.
Twin Creeks Fighter and Rapier Practice: Tuesdays
Fighter Practice: Linda of the Lakelands has organized a new South Bay Fighter Practice, Tuesdays 7pm to 10:30pm
Rapier Practice: First and Third Tuesdays, 7-10pm; For more information, contact: Rory Jamesson, Mists Rapier Marshal, rapier@mists.westkingdom.org
- Location: Twin Creeks Sports Complex (969 Caribbean Dr, Sunnyvale, CA).
- Site Fee: We are paying for the use of the site, so a small ($3 minimum) donations accepted at the gate. Go in the main gate and head to the left side of the parking lot, there will be SCA signs and a gate for sign-ins. There is no fee to park at the complex.
- Weather: It can be very windy and cold at this site, so please dress accordingly.

West Kingdom Instrumental and Choir Practice:
Instrumental Practice, Mondays 7-8pm
Choir Practice, Mondays 8-10pm

The West Kingdom Choir welcomes all who are interested in period choral music. All voice parts and abilities are welcome; auditions are not necessary, and ability to sight read is not required.
